PRESIDENT - Donna D. Etter, CP

Donna is a native Floridian who moved to Brevard County in January 2020 from the Sarasota/Bradenton area. She has worked in the legal field for more than 40 years with law firms ranging from the solo practitioner to large law firms as a legal assistant, paralegal, bookkeeper, and manager. Donna has extensive experience in litigation, medical & healthcare, estate planning, probate, and real estate. Donna graduated magna cum laude from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and from American University Washington College of Law with a Master’s in Legal Studies with a specialization in health care law and information technology. Donna is a certified paralegal through NALA’s Certified Paralegal Program. Donna is currently the Litigation Manager for Volk Law Offices, P.A. in Melbourne, Florida.
